Commercial support

March Hare Software provide commercial Support for the current stable releases. They are able to provide full training, installation and after-sales suppport.

Opensource support

Opensource support is done primarily through the mailing lists:

• evs - General support and help for EVS users.
• evs-dev - Development discussion (member posting only)

Before asking questions or reporting bugs is is a good idea to read the Bug Reporting Guidelines

Support

The EVS trouble ticket reporting system is available to report bugs. Please do this only after following up with the mailing list as many problems can be solved with simple configuration changes.

The CVSNT Wiki is still available and contains much relevant information
